Return, Cancellation, Freight Damage, and Warranty Policy
Important final-sale and non-returnable goods
Most specialized, hygienic, consumable, freight, service, digital, used, and marketplace purchases are final sale or non-cancellable as described below. Only eligible, factory-sealed, non-freight standard accessories and parts may be requested for return within 7 calendar days after delivery, with a written RMA, buyer-paid insured return freight, and a 35% restocking fee. A purchase is not a trial, rental, or compatibility test.
Read this before ordering
We sell specialized wellness equipment, parts, consumables, and services. Before ordering, you are responsible for confirming the product’s intended use, compatibility, sizing, electrical requirements, site access, delivery conditions, and suitability for your application. Call 727-591-4268 before ordering if you need help identifying the correct product.
This policy controls returns, cancellations, freight damage, and warranty claims for orders placed on or after the Effective Date. It does not remove any non-waivable rights under applicable law. If a sales order signed by both parties gives a specific product a different written term, that specific term controls for that product.
Important: A warranty claim is not a return request. A covered warranty remedy is repair or replacement at Prestige’s option; it is not a right to cancel an order or demand a refund.
1. The decision tree
| Tier | Products | Return / cancellation rule | Warranty rule |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 — Hygienic, consumable, monitoring, custom-cut | Masks, BIBS masks/bibs, cannulas, tubing, filters, PPE, oxygen analyzer/sensor/cells, opened consumables, custom-cut items | Final sale once a seal/package is opened; limited sealed-package exception only where stated below | No No-Fuss coverage; oxygen analyzer/sensor has no warranty at all |
| 2 — Sealed standard accessories/parts | Eligible factory-sealed, non-freight standard accessories | 7 days from delivery, RMA, buyer-paid return freight, 35% restocking fee | No warranty unless written on sales order |
| 3 — Freight, oversized, made-to-order/capital equipment | Chambers, beds, saunas, cold plunges, configured/red-light/PEMF systems and large components | Free cancellation only in first 24 hours; then non-cancellable; no buyer’s-remorse return after shipment | Only equipment expressly covered under Section 7 |
| 4 — No-Fuss warranty equipment | New eligible capital equipment expressly identified on sale order/product page | Warranty is not a return right | 3-year residential / 1-year commercial or clinical, subject to terms below |
| 5 — Services, training, prepay/digital | Installation, delivery, training, diagnostics, memberships, sessions, warranties | Final sale once scheduled, reserved, accessed, delivered, or started | Services only as written |
| 6 — Used/marketplace | Used chambers, third-party listings, marketplace fee | Final sale, as-is, where-is | No Prestige warranty unless a separate signed agreement says otherwise |
2. Tier 1 — hygienic, consumable, monitoring, and custom-cut items
2.1 Final sale after opening or use
The following are final sale and non-returnable once any factory seal, sterile/hygiene packaging, bag, blister, tamper seal, or protective wrap is opened, or once the item is used, installed, handled for patient use, cut, modified, or contaminated:
- All oxygen masks, BIBS masks, mask bibs, face masks, nasal cannulas, head harnesses, liners, and other patient-contact oxygen interfaces;
- Oxygen tubing, hoses, tubing rolls, fittings, and custom-cut tubing;
- PPE, respirators, hygiene covers, filters, sanitizing/cleaning supplies, and single-patient products;
- Oxygen analyzer/sensor products, analyzer cells, calibration items, and monitoring consumables;
- Batteries, lamps/bulbs, seals, gaskets, zipper/wear parts, filters, and other consumables; and
- Every custom-cut, personalized/engraved, or special-order accessory or consumable. A custom-configured or made-to-order capital-equipment order follows Tier 3 for cancellation and delivery, and may receive Tier 4 warranty coverage only when that coverage is expressly stated.
These goods cannot safely or commercially be returned to stock after opening, patient contact, installation, depletion, or customization. A mistaken selection, misunderstanding of intended use, fit, compatibility, sizing, preference, or change of mind is not a defect and is not grounds for return.
2.2 Narrow unopened mask/cannula exception
An oxygen mask, BIBS mask/bib, cannula, or other hygienic interface may be considered only if all conditions are met: it is in its original, unopened, factory-sealed packaging; it is requested within 7 calendar days after delivery; Prestige issues a written RMA; and it passes inspection. The buyer pays insured, trackable return shipping and a 35% restocking fee. Prestige may refuse any package that is opened, resealed, damaged, incomplete, contaminated, or not resalable.
2.3 Oxygen analyzer and oxygen sensor — no warranty
Oxygen Analyzer Premium, Constant O2 Monitoring Kit, every oxygen analyzer, oxygen sensor, analyzer cell, calibration item, and monitoring consumable are excluded from the No-Fuss 3-Year Warranty and carry no warranty of any kind, period. They are consumable/monitoring products whose condition and remaining life cannot be verified after opening. They are non-returnable after opening; an unopened factory-sealed item is considered only under the 7-day/RMA/35% rule above.
3. Tier 2 — sealed standard accessories and parts
A standard accessory or part that is not custom, made-to-order, hygienic, consumable, freight-shipped, installed, or opened may be requested for return within 7 calendar days after delivery only if it is factory-sealed, complete, unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
An RMA is required before shipment. The buyer pays all insured, trackable return freight. Approved refunds are reduced by a 35% restocking fee. Opened electronics, installed electrical parts, modified packaging, programmed/paired products, and items returned without an RMA are final sale. No fitment, compatibility, installation, diagnostic, or workmanship warranty applies unless a written sales order expressly says otherwise.
4. Tier 3 — cancellation, freight, oversized, made-to-order, and capital equipment
4.1 24-hour cancellation window
A chamber, sauna, red-light bed/panel, PEMF system, cold plunge, concentrator, configured safety system, or other freight/made-to-order/capital-equipment order may be cancelled without fee only by written notice received within 24 hours after the order timestamp. Call 727-591-4268 and email prestigehyperbaric@gmail.com with the order number.
After 24 hours, the order is non-cancellable because production, reservation, configuration, freight planning, or third-party commitments may have begun. If Prestige chooses in writing to allow a post-24-hour cancellation before shipment or production commitment, it will deduct a 35% restocking/cancellation fee plus nonrecoverable manufacturer, freight, storage, handling, payment-processing, and third-party costs. Prestige is not required to approve that exception.
Once a Tier 3 item has shipped, buyer’s-remorse returns are not accepted. The buyer may not refuse delivery to create a return. Refused, undeliverable, rerouted, missed-appointment, or storage-incurring freight remains the buyer’s responsibility; all resulting carrier, return freight, storage, reconsignment, liftgate, packaging, and insurance costs are due before any discretionary credit is considered.
4.2 Freight delivery inspection and damage claim procedure
- Inspect before signing and while the driver is present. Check carton/crate condition, count, punctures, crushed corners, moisture, broken bands, and visible product damage.
- Do not sign “clear,” “received in good condition,” or equivalent if damage or shortage is visible. Write a specific exception on the Bill of Lading/delivery receipt (for example: “crate punctured on left side; crushed lower corner; possible concealed damage”), photograph the condition, and keep a copy. If damage is substantial, refuse the shipment and note the reason.
- Send the claim package within 24 hours of delivery: order number, serial number (if available), delivery receipt/BOL, all photos/video, and a description to prestigehyperbaric@gmail.com. For concealed damage, notify us within the same 24-hour period, preserve all packaging, and do not discard, repair, install, or move the product beyond what is necessary for safe inspection until Prestige/carrier authorizes it.
- Cooperate with the carrier inspection and preserve the product, crate, packaging, and documents. Failure to follow this procedure can prevent a carrier recovery and may limit Prestige’s ability to offer a non-required accommodation.
For verified transit damage reported under this procedure, Prestige may, at its option, arrange repair, replacement part(s), replacement, carrier claim handling, or another remedy required by law. Freight damage does not create a general right to cancel a correctly delivered order.
5. RMA, inspection, and refunds
No item may be returned without a written Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) issued by Prestige. An RMA is permission to send an item for inspection; it is not an admission of fault, a promise of refund, or a warranty approval.
Send no product C.O.D. and do not ship to any address other than the RMA instructions. The buyer bears loss/damage in return transit until Prestige receives and inspects the item. Prestige may reject, return at buyer cost, or dispose of an unauthorized, contaminated, used, incomplete, altered, damaged, wrong, or nonresalable shipment as allowed by law. If a return is approved after inspection, the refund (less all stated fees/costs) is issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
6. Tier 5 and Tier 6 — services, memberships, used, and marketplace products
Installation, white-glove delivery, freight coordination, training, certification, remote diagnostics, consulting, maintenance plans, extended warranties, digital/remote access, sessions, memberships, prepaid packages, and reserved appointments are final sale once scheduled, reserved, accessed, delivered, or started. A separate written rescheduling/cancellation term may apply to a future service where required by law.
Used goods, marketplace listings, and marketplace listing fees are final sale, as-is, where-is. Prestige is not the owner or seller of a third-party marketplace listing unless the sales order expressly identifies Prestige as seller. No No-Fuss warranty, return, condition guarantee, compatibility guarantee, or service obligation applies to a used/marketplace item unless a separate signed agreement expressly grants it.
7. Tier 4 — No-Fuss warranty for eligible new equipment only
7.1 What “No-Fuss” means
For eligible new capital equipment purchased directly from Prestige and expressly identified on the sale order/product page as warranty-covered, the standard warranty covers verified defects in materials and workmanship during normal intended use. For personal residential use, the standard term is 3 years or 1,000 accumulated operating hours, whichever occurs first. For paid commercial/clinical use, the standard term is 1 year or 1,000 accumulated operating hours, whichever occurs first. The hour meter is the controlling record where one exists.
“No-Fuss” means Prestige will review a properly documented claim and, if it determines a covered defect exists, repair or replace the defective component at no charge under this policy. It does not mean automatic approval, cash refund, whole-unit replacement, shipping reimbursement, coverage for ordinary wear, or coverage for product selection, installation, compatibility, cosmetic preference, or misuse.
7.2 Eligible equipment
Warranty eligibility must be stated in the sales order or product page. Examples that may be eligible when so stated include new Prestige chamber packages, new Prestige cold plunges, expressly designated red-light capital equipment, and expressly designated clinical PEMF equipment. A new concentrator supplied as part of an eligible chamber package is subject to the separately stated oxygen-purity threshold and all hour/maintenance conditions. A standalone replacement part does not inherit the warranty of the parent unit.
7.3 Explicit exclusions from the No-Fuss 3-Year Warranty
The No-Fuss 3-Year Warranty does not cover and does not apply to: Oxygen Analyzer Premium; Constant O2 Monitoring Kit; any oxygen analyzer, oxygen sensor, analyzer cell, calibration item, oxygen mask, BIBS mask or mask bib, cannula, tubing, hose, filter, battery, lamp/bulb, seal, gasket, zipper, liner, mattress cover, sanitizing/cleaning item, PPE, consumable, wear item, a-la-carte spare part, customer-installed part, custom-cut product, installed accessory, service, digital item, used product, marketplace product, or third-party product. Oxygen analyzer/sensor products carry no warranty at all.
Also excluded: normal wear and tear; consumable depletion; cosmetic changes that do not affect function; product misuse; accident, impact, puncture, liquid damage/submersion; improper power, plumbing, ventilation, pressure, temperature, humidity, or duty cycle; failure to follow the manual/maintenance schedule; unauthorized modification or repair; unauthorized installation; prohibited electronics in a chamber; missing/altered serial labels; altered/reset/bypassed hour meter; and use of a residential unit in commercial/clinical service.
7.4 Warranty claims
Before any return or service, email prestigehyperbaric@gmail.com or call 727-591-4268 with order number, serial number, hour-meter reading, product photos/video, and a clear description. Prestige may require remote diagnostics, a paid or warranty-covered diagnostic visit as applicable, troubleshooting, maintenance records, and inspection before deciding coverage. Do not send equipment back without written instructions. If the issue is not covered, Prestige may quote parts, labor, travel, shipping, and service before work begins.
8. Product-selection and site-readiness responsibility
The buyer is responsible for verifying compatibility, intended application, dimensions, doorway/path clearance, floor/load suitability, electrical/plumbing/ventilation requirements, local code requirements, and any medical/safety consultation before purchase. A product that does not fit, is not compatible, requires an unpurchased accessory, is not permitted by a local rule, or does not meet the buyer’s preference is not defective. Product-page descriptions are not a substitute for an installation/site-readiness review or professional advice.
9. Delivery, title/risk, and delay
Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, except where a written sales order expressly says otherwise. The buyer must provide a correct delivery address, safe access, an adult receiver, and any required appointment response. Carrier delays, weather, routing, access problems, or other events outside Prestige’s control do not make a product returnable.
Prestige will comply with applicable shipment-delay laws. If it cannot ship within the time clearly stated at purchase (or the applicable default time), it will give the legally required delay/cancellation/refund notice for unshipped merchandise. Nothing in the 24-hour cancellation rule removes that legal obligation.
10. Policy acknowledgement
By placing an order, the buyer confirms that the buyer reviewed the product description, applicable product-page alert, this policy, and the freight/site-readiness requirements where applicable. For orders designated at checkout, the buyer must affirmatively check the policy-acceptance box before payment. Prestige retains the order record, checkout acceptance timestamp, policy version, communications, serial/packing records, carrier tracking, delivery signature/BOL, and delivery photos for fraud and dispute response.
11. Governing law and contact
This policy is governed by Florida law, subject to rights that cannot lawfully be waived and to any other law that applies to the transaction. Contact Prestige at 727-591-4268 or prestigehyperbaric@gmail.com before placing an order or initiating any claim.
